a sage's gift quest bug ?

hello i have a littlr probleme with the quest 'a sage's gift'
I made this quest without probleme with my songweaver and i had the weapon. But now when i try to do this same quest with other caracters i have a probleme during the second part : when i kill the first mob the counting mobs killed don't work. he indicate 30/30 (but i just kill one), and when i kill other same mob the counting is the same but i have the message "quest updated" :crying:
so i go to the next place for kill the second mod and i have the same message "quest updated" but i always 30/30 for the first mob and 0/30 for the mob i just kill and the last i need to kill
every time i kill the good mob i always the same message for the updating of the quest but the counting mob don't work :andy:
i try to made an other caractere but it is always the same probleme: i made the first part of the quest (have 150 items) and when begin the second part ,after the firt mob killed , "quest updated but 30/30 and 0/30 for the other" :innocent:
if i abandon the quest and restart her, it is the same probleme: i need have the 150 items before and counting mobs killed don't work again and again :w00t:

may be it is not a bug but I try to understand why and maybe someone can you tell me how finish this quest with my other caracters

hello i know it is not your priority but someone can answer if it is possible to fixe the second part of this quest or everybody don't care of this :crying:

 

i also has this quest from a long time ago and still not fixed till now...
