a serious lag

    when i type my user and pass it connect fast like everyday , but now when i select my character a super lag starting and i cant even talk , like i said : lag
    it doesn't show
    so please tell me whats going on and how can i fix that problem ?

    i didnt understand , i have done all he sais
    but a few hours ago i was going on playing fine without lags dunno why?
