A single plant does not generate both anomalous events​

Bug Description:

- Implemented retail-like farms growing (weather factors/update logic/cultivation events and etc.)
Probably because of this change.
After observing for a few days, now only one type of abnormal event occurs per plant. (prune or kill pests)
Two abnormal events do not exist at the same time.

How to reproduce/proof:

Yes , situation when u have both pest control and pruning in one time - it was bug, Now its fixed. Only one of state can be in same time.
