A sudden ban with a cropped and weak evidence

Hi to all GMs/Ams/and others, my in-game name is Unwavering. I just want to complain [GM NAME REMOVED] who is the one that banned my account last 6/18/14. I was very very surprised on what happened on my account. It just had a sudden ban because of RMT. Let me explain you further what was the really seen sir. I went online to gamezaion as what I usually do everyday. The day of 6/17/14, I was online on around 7 p.m. ~ 10 p.m. in the evening (philippine time). My legion mate asked me for items or Hac/Shedim Set to give him. I said I have none. And he just insisted then he spam and spam and spam to me that he wanted me to give him Hac/Shedim Set. It will be a manner of disrespect if i block him well in fact he is my legion mate, so I just said that I sold my items on real money on a Deja Vu member which was only a joke just to stop him from spamming on me. After i said that, he stopped on spamming. When I get on 6/18/14 I was very very shock that it said " Your account had been banned please check it to gamezaion.com for details " I don't know if that was the really what it said but i immediately went on the site that is given and i saw there on "ban system" that I was ban because of RMT but I really didn't do that kind of activity ever in my life. This was the chat of me (Unwavering) and my legion mate. I felt mix emotions, i felt sad, angry, disappointed and it was just unbelievable that it was my legion mate who reported me of the case RMT well in fact I was just kidding when I said that so that he will spam no more to me. Then the proof given was not so strong but the GM banned me right away. I sent many complains to [GM NAME REMOVED] on the same subject but I didn't get any response to [GM NAME REMOVED]. So i formally ask you for a second chance . It was really unfair of what happened to my account. I still can't see the in-game/forum report on it and I still didn't get any response on the GM who banned me who is [GM NAME REMOVED]. Hoping for your kind consideration and pity on me. May this thread shall get the attention of all the GMs/AMs/C.E.Os/ and others
