A tiny problem with the verification e-mail

Hello dear Gamez AION staff,
A friend of mine is having a problem with the verification email, which is sent when you create a forum account. The problem is that he never recieved the email. I would like to know, if there is any chance to send him the verification email again. His forum nick name is Alexander_Einzbern. He told me that he tried to make and a second account, but the same problem occured again.

I really hope that you could find a solution, if any, and help my friend activate his forum account!
