    Abbey Coins are for returning players.
    If you don't log to your account 30 days and you receive Abbey Stone, you are allowed to do special quests in your faction Abbey (normally - on official - Fatebound/Whisplight Abbey is ONLY for returning players), you will get Abbey Coins as reward.
