ABG STAFF disappeared

Hello GM's, had a problem today, what happened was, I made a trade today, my gp a Greatsword ABG ABG Staff [+15 GS + 15% Critical Silence Full MS + 15], so far so good, after trading more or loggedoff least 10 times, and closed the game 5 times, all to see if the item was dupped, as expected, the item continued so that after several hours of playing I decided to leave, stayed about 5 hours without playing, when I entered the game again a surprise, MY ABG STAFF DISAPPEARED, I do not know what to do, I'm desperate, please help me = /
