    While I'm appreciative of the fact that even if you were unable to curb your bad attitude within staff at least you ended up stepping down instead of forcing us to push you down a more awkward route. Having said that one thing I will absolutely not tolerate is an AM abusing their powers as they step down. That is completely unacceptable for any reason whatsoever in any context to any extent.
