    Bug Name:
    Able to killing others without force pvp​
    Bug Description:
    I can kill someone without force pvp activated and I got negative karma too, I'm protected at my guild.​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    I may kill someone at Kutum and get sent to Jailed without force pvp activated. I saw my karma decrease icon too.    ​
