    i just read about 2.7 patch note and its so exciting but there are still lots of question on my mind how to do this how can i have this.. are they saying that the new PVE and PVP ITEMS not can be sold in shop that we can just have this by going to instanced dungeons? seriously im not a player who is fund of PVE looting or boss hunting. and i dont know where can i get insignias in 2.7 update. somethings might not clear yet.
