    or from where can i check it?

    every time i go there it says that its not available at this time

    "annoying"

    If I'm not mistaken it opens weekdays at 6:00 PM EST and stays open until 2:00 AM

    On weekends it should be open all the time?

    I'm GMT +4 as well. Last time I went to Coliseum the timings I get to enter were somewhere 7/8-10 AM and 7/8-10 PM unless it has changed which I doubt.
