    MA increases godstone procs and allows your skills' effects to proc more for chanter. Especially against players without MR. So you will do alot more stumbles, stuns and debuffs.

    Ok but i changed my built for acuracy (so without ma) and i see that i can stun templ and glad used unwavering devotion ! ?

    And their parry (hp for glad) and block are lesser procs

    Well its rng still, sometimes you hit a stun on a glad trough ud and so on. And yeah if they go more deffencive you wont be able to stun/stumble him unless you get lucky to.

    I got to say MA is pretty good on chanter, but don't overdo it. Remember you need to build Crit Strike and Attack as well.

    my build is Crit/ resist and i got 1% 4k damage godstone and everytime i encounter gunner, SW, sorce and especialy SM their attack is kinda useless which is i found interesting about chanter because it has greate damage and you can resist their attacks at the same time
