    i just wanna ask how can craft the balic recipe if the crafting skills is fix at 450???

    someone can help me....??
    or someone can give me idea how to enchance the level..

    yeah 450 but the balic recipe is 470 + so i want to know what should i do??
    so do you mean its not implemented??

    yes. it's not in the server.

    Ive heard that if you manage to get the materials, then a cpl of the GMs are willing to craft the item for you.
