    my question wat items can we exactly buy from the merchants on kaisinel academy... i mean can we really buy the new level 60 items as well as the noble tac????

    As for the Lvl 60 items, I don't think they are obtsinable at the moment, and not exactly sure about the others.

    The only items you can buy with Crucible and Courage Insignias are:
    - Level 55 Fabled Items (items with yellow names)
    - Level 55 Eternal Items with L1 Conditioning ONLY (items with orange names)

    Nothing else.
