    The fail rate is only 1% (or around that, I've morphed 200 times in the same row and only failed twice) with morph at the max level

    If you morph anything (even low level things count, they are all level 1) and you gain experience, it means that your morph level is not at max (which is 41), morph till you can't gain experience from it anymore before trying to morph important things, so you raise the morph level to the max

    And no, VIP doesn't affect that

    It is the current highest level Extendable weapon. Pretty big deal for some classes, eg chanter, templar, gladiator.
    Also means you can combine the new lv65 pvp weapons with it.
