About In-Game Report Section

Hi,
After that I report a hacker on Siel and pass like 1 day and more to the report get responded and the hacker get banned, I guess something, why u so slow?
I think that the report section have to get some priority about others section or other things to do , like that "funny" events.
That ppl that everyones reports are looking all day the report section , waiting to be reported , and when we get them they just know that the staff will be so slow, and pass all items to other char and continue to playing using their hacks, and the staff bans a empty account

Reports are answered as quickly as possible.

What you need to bear in mind is that many reports go through peer-review as they're linked and discussed among staff prior to being acted upon, not to mention GMs need to balance their time between events/questions/hackers/forums/their own personal lives =p

Your suggestion is noted however I can't help but feel like you may be taking our volunteer staff for granted a bit.
