about L10N folder

    i using gameforge to download aion 4.7 and the guide is asking me to delete L10N folder and repair with ncsoft but ncsoft cant download it which keep disconnect(100% is not my internet connection problem,i even watch drama so smooth)
    since i cant repair the L10N,so i ask some help for someone,and Underdog guided and gave me the link of working L10N but i after i download it which is contain enu folder,below is my screenshot,can someone guide me which one to copy,from where to where?i can open teamviewer if u need
