3.2k mb is the cap on pve. on pvp is 3.2k without the guy magic surpress. so if some1 got 2.5k magic surpress, your cap will be at 5.7k mb. i remember on 4.0 was 2.9 k mb the cap, but few days ago i found an info that s 3.2k on 5.0. anyway now sure but is 2.9k/3.2k

final dmg = (base skill dmg)*(PvP-multiplier)*(1+([your magic boost]-[enemy magic suppression])/(knowledge*10))

    in PvE multiplier = 1
    in PvP multiplier = 0.5*(1+([your PvPAtck]-[enemy PvPDef]))

there is no magic boost cap, but the dmg is increased only if mb is less or equal to 2900.
this means, that the dmg to the enemy with 0 magic suppression will be the same if you will hit him with 2.9k, or 3.0k, or 3.5k mb.

but if you want to hit enemy with 1k magic suppression with the highest dmg, you will need 3.9k mb (3.9k-1k=2.9k)
