About parry

    Yeah thats true i don't really know what they did with the def here on gamez.. but seems like it makes some classes really op

    Here's what I noticed:

    If I use Wall of Steel (100% parry,) it correctly reduces the damage taken by 40%.

    However, if someone sockets parry, it lowers their damage taken even if they don't parry anything.

    TL;DR: A gladiator with normal parry = I just 700.
    A gladiator with full parry set = I hit 150. On a normal hit.

    If I crit, the whole "parry reduced damage thing," is ignored and I crit the same as I would if he didn't have a parry set.

    I don't think parry is supposed to directly lower the damage taken (that's what physical defense is for, isn't it?) so I think it needs to be fixed.

    Yeah it seems like a mess. But i think fixing p.def is the first step. Even lvl 1 dagger should do some dmg to abg plate, even if it is very very low. Yet here, if you have like even 400 atk, your auto atk hits for nothing. Something is wrong somewhere. Then parry bugs could be fixed from there.

    I totally noticed that. If I have > 780 attack, I hit substantially lower than I would with, say 820 attack. That's why full ABG is so good, it breaks that barrier and allows you to socket whatever you wish without worrying about attack.

    you forgot to minus the pvp defense i guess?

    U forget about normal damage getting lowered by pvp defense to ^^.
