About Premium Enchant Rate ?

    So i'm thinking about to buy prem. I liked the features but i have one question.

    • Enhancement (FS) chance rates increased by 30%
    So example my fs is 10 and hit to tri chance is %10(just example). This premium makes my chance %40 ? or %13 ?

    The multiplier is 1.3 not 3.0. 10% to 40% would be a 400% increase in your chances. Math... duhh...

    Example: IF the rate is 10%, then it would become 13%, not 40. it's 30% of the current rate added, not a flat additional 30%.

    Maybe a flavor text, or amendment, could be added? I.E.:
    Flavor: "*The percentage increase is 30% of the base enchanting value."
    Or
    Amendment: "...by 30% of base enchantment rate."
