    They are free when you create asmodian char, you get them when your level 55 and 15pcs, you can either purchace them in Sarpan, Tiamaranta or in Marchutan

    Quest mithril medals, or loot them in danaria, or create a new asmodian character to get free 15pieces mithril medals, and also farm ap :)
