    hey admin..did u guys fix chain skill? and why the chain skill still bugg?on gldiator chain skill draining blow didnt work

    some skills have a fixed proc rate, doesnt happen all the time, not supposed to

    for some chains they r aware of it and apparently working on it. they wont tell u why its bugged coz if they knew they would have fixed it already :p
