    Hello,
    I would like to give a gift to a friend, so I wanted to know if it's possible to send gifts to someone through the shop by mail? Or is there another way?
    And if i want a specific pet / skin that isn't in the shop, is it possible to reorder it so it becomes available?
    For example :
    ID: 900157
    Cute Fennec Fox
    And skins, like Ariel and Lumiel for Elyos (dont have ID)

    Hey, there's no option to directly send a website shop purchase to another player.
    These remodels are either available in the Weekly Special Shop or through Forum Events.
    If it's not on the website shop, it might be part of the Weekly Special Shop. You can also suggest some costumes, just share the ItemID and we can check if it's already in the system or in the weekly shop.
