    Oh I see what you're saying now. This is normal, all skills have delays. Damage isn't calculated, nor effects, till the skill actually hits the target.

    i check this, but is not so big diference like 2 sec... well am ely btw, maybe yu are asmo and yu are complain about the yu dont have all the cast speed asmos have before cuz gm put a 70% max if i remenber well.

    The only thing i'd say sorcs need a fix on is Ice Sheet. Once thats fixed i'll go back sorc :) but i never got any sort of delay when i played sorc which was a week ago
