about the big boxes again sorry!

hy me again I just want to know why it is impossible to get from the tiamat and bastion boxes the weapon for the aethertech (the "cypher-blade") cause we can have all other weapon for all class excepte for this one
the only cypher-blade we have is in the abyss boxes (the forgotten abyssal set)
is it an oblivion of implentation and if it is the case is it possible to remedy it by putting the weapons for this class?

nobody can give me a simple answer if we can have or not the aethertech weapon in this 2 boxes (bastion and tiamat) plz
cause why can we have the weapons for gunner and muse but NOT FOR THE AETHERTECH
