Solved about the big boxes in heiron

i have a little question about this different boxes (bastion, tresors, abysses etc...) that we can find somewhere around heiron with interesting items to loot but my question is why only in elysea and not in asmodae (i did not find anyone nowhere in asmodae around beluslam)
why this difference between elyos and asmo (cause in some boxe whe can loot star for xp lol)
is it a bug, an oversight or just a way to increase the already obvious difference between the two races
it would be interesting to know

Boxes have been placed at Heiron because it's the new PVP map. Such boxes were in every old PVP map, guess you got why.
