    I was there when it happened. The ONLY explanation is that he received a PM from a scammer, visited the link hoping to get one of these 'free prizes from AM dimi or whoever they posed as' and then basically gave out his information.

    As per server rules, you are to screenshot and report these PMs, not visit them hoping for free items.

    Simple, done and done.

    That I'm not really sure as I don't use ping reducing program as I seldom PVP but from what I know of, there are trusted programs such as pingzapper or WTFast.
