    When I'm VIP all enter waiting time from all instances will be "None"?

    not quite. you gain access to higher rates as well as ability to trade special untradeable items. you also gain the ability to enter otherwise inaccessible dungeons, like Abyssal Splinter when Divine Fortress is occupied by a race other than yours. I do believe this applies to all abyss dungeons.

    This is about all the exclusiveness that a VIP gets. Hope this answers your question!
