Now gm's don't want to ban when they're obviously abusing. The numbers are mutilpling and they're some people who are understanding how to use this bug. I don't understand how this is not a bannable offense, when they obviously know there abusing this bug when 1 invisible comes against your group of 6! Can someone please explain to me how fair this is to those who are playing fairly?

Seriously it makes no sense at all not to ban abusers of that bug. There is no way you can be doing this without knowing that you are giving yourself a VERY unfair advantage. Kick them out of the game and they will log back in and do it again.

At least ban the account it will take the idiots a longer time to remake a new character to come and annoy people who want to actually pvp.

you should make a fix for that bug.. or players will make abuse of it..

 

I love how some GMs lie saying "Dealt with" Hoping that players wont realise. Lol...... Anywayz in the end people that are trying to point some others calling them stupid end up with a Mirror in front of their fingers

As you guys know, the invisible bug is a new type of bug similar to that of the untargetable bug. Players that are invisible (not rangers or assassins) are not aware that they are invisible until they kill a ton of people without even getting hit once. If you notice you are not dying (unless by aoes) then you must relog.

Otherwise if a staff member finds someone invisible we will not jail/ban you for it is not your fault, however we will kick you out of the game, forcing you to relog.

 

Wait... Wait... What?! So you're saying that with this new bug... You could basically walk around clueless about your invis state for hours unless you go mass PvPing? Woah...

 

Yeah, basically he's saying that you could possibly be walking around invisible, passing by a zerg of 20 elyos, witnessing all your friends dying around you, and nobody paying attention to you. All of that without knowing that something is wrong. Then you could start killing the key players that usually stay back during a fight, such as healers and sorcerors, and do this for a couple of hours before actually thinking that there might be a glitch happening.

Might as well say you have your head stuck two feet up your ass.

Sorry for being rude, but this makes no sense at all to me. Fine, you don't want to ban players abusing this bug because they are not responsible for it to happen. But obviously some players know it is happening and are knowingly using it to their advantage. Why not apply jail time when repeatedly being caught doing this?

 

Damn... Ppl have a hard time killing me already... Well I guess you'd notice a zerg running past you without killing you lol. XD

 

Unfortunately the only fair way to resolve this is kicking players out of the game. I cant jail/ban someone for not doing anything wrong. However if i catch someone taking advantage of this bug and taking on huge groups over and over obviously aware that they are bugged; then yes, they will be jailed.

 

Well personally I figured out how the bug works so your saying if I run around abusing it I will not be punished for it? >.>

 

It used to be a rare bug to find .. a week ago but yesterday i was in gelkmaros and found 5 of them so now not only they use the bug to get invisible but also use the flying bug, and its right to say i seen pretty much all clases doing this. If i remember correctly this bug is caused by an specific fly teleporting in gelkmaros and since they not getting severe punished for it more will do it; making pvp hell in gelkmaros.
I know everybody is bussy this time of year and all but there are some bugs that are harming the gameplay. sure we report them but the numbers are increasing and yes they know what they doing cuz i got the bug once too and my own char looked invisible in my screen , not dead but glitched. And i would want the bug fixed more than getting ppl banned for abusing it.
