Acccount Stuck somehow

Okay so..
My friend just pmed me asking me if I could post his issue in here cos he can't speak english and he can't understand the forums either.

The thing is.
Apparently his BF made a Char inside a 3rd Server which randomly appears [ [Test]Server ] named Julito.
And since then he can't log to his Siel account, because apparently the test server got chosen as prefered.. therefore due to the fact it's not available it instantly disconnects you from the game.

Is there any sollution to this?
if there is... I'd be glad if someone could tell me cos I'd really like to help this guy to get his account back.

 

Sounds a bit weird since if the preferred server is unavailable, you should automatically get sent to the server select screen, right? I just logged into my account and the test server still seems to be available to me as well, it appears in the server select screen and I have a character in it. Could it be possible that the problem is elsewhere? Maybe client version or something or the likes?

 

I was able to make a character on that server and just click server select.

 

dunno really..
I'm not the one having this issue so I can't give further details about it.
But I can assure you he just can't log his account anymore.

EDIT:
After login Screen and hittihg the "Accept" on the rules, You get the "You're disconnected from the game server"

He tried waiting a few mins and then logging but no results.
Any sollution?

 

Getting DC after accept terms looks like a ping reducer problem, does he has any?

 

Yes indeed, He disabled it and also tried with other proxies provided by some other programs.. still nothing.
He just created a char in the test server and since then it's stuck.

 

He can log in with other account, right?
Well, don't know, go and spam Smartik's inbox, maybe he can help your friend.

 

can you have him check if he can post an unstuck ? if not then we will have to get alente to see what's going on

 

Well he can't post an unstuck for a character in the test server afaik.
So I don't really think that's possible u.u
