Accidentally converted Tuvala Armor so unable to trade to TET boss gear

Hello, it is my first time doing season character and I kinda rushed to graduate my character since people said on server chat that the patch will be tomorrow. Anyways, I accidentally converted my PEN Tuvala Armor to be usable by normal characters so I was unable to hand it over to the blacksmith NPC. Then, I also lost the quest (I assume it was auto forfeit due to me not having PEN Tuvala Armor anymore). Anyone know if I can still trade my Tuvala Armor some other way? It sucks since I planned to get that boss gear to PEN.

 

you have to convert the armor for normal players before you can exchange it for a boss armor. then go to faughar again to get the exchange slip for the armor to the blacksmith exchange the exchange slip and then exchange armor

 

Really? How come I converted my gear, the blacksmith didn't take my tuvala armor? He only took the ticket. I don't have the quest anymore but I think I got a clip somewhere where it's not letting me hand the Tuvala Armor over.

 

Is your Tuvala full durability or equipped with crystals?

he dont need to extract the crystals i forget my too, the thing is that he has again to talk with fughar after he used the ticket , fughar has than a few quest for each item , and he need to get the right for the item he want , i got the sam problem after i used the ticket but iif i talked with fughar again he gives me the option to choice from the quest

 

It was full durability and no crystals.

 

I talked with fughar again and he's not giving me any quest anymore. So I don't think there's any way for me to convert my gear unless I get the item that gives the quest again since the quest auto forfeited.

 

I did this quest tonight.
I had the Ticket AND my main weapon on my inventory.
The weapon had crystals and it was NOT full durability, the smith got both and gave me a TET Weapon BOX.
All went ok, no bugs.
