Account already voted

Hi all,

Been having this issue for the past week. I tried to vote but keeps saying that account has already voted when I really haven't. Issue was intermittent. Was okay a few days ago and not ok a couple of days now. I've been trying to vote and I counted 12hrs and after that it shows that the account has already voted again and clearly no credits being credited. Is there any issues on site? Or is there some kind of fix to this? Using different kind of browsers and still the same thing. I am not using any proxies or whatsoever. Just plain direct internet connection. Please advise if there is a fix to this or if anyone has had the same issue.

Have you tried clearing your history and cookies cache??? Somehow it would help.

You can use Ctrl + Shift + Delete to clear your browser history.

To clear existing cookies: (Google Chrome)

1. Go to 'Tools Menu'
2. Click on 'Options'
3. Click on 'Under the Hood'
4. Under 'Privacy' section select "Show Cookies'
5. A new window should open called 'Cookies' In here you can see all the cookies within your Google Chrome Browser.
6. Click on "Remove All" to remove all traces of cookies.

done and done..same thing...and as i've said..i already tried using different browsers.

 

I bet you have an issue with your account that it is maybe/somehow identified/detected having same IP/MAC Address with other/different accounts on the database. Kindly try to check the countdown time. I hope you're a home gamer.

As already mentioned, this may or may not have been caused by you trying to vote on different IPs. I won't need to ask if anybody else with your IP is voting, I assume you are aware that you can't do that =o

Let me ask just to be sure, it says that you have already voted but it doesn't tell you how many minutes you need until you can vote again? Or does it?

 

it does say how many minutes left to vote..and i am a home gamer..the internet is mine alone..no one else is connected..my wifi is even off..no other physical connection on the router just my personal use PC...I only have one account and I intend to keep it like that..

It has worked for quite a few people. Basically, keep watching the timer, and once it ends, vote IMMEDIATELY, and try being online ingame too. It might re-link the voting IP to your account and then you'll be able to vote again
