Account banned

i would like to appeal my ban received a couple of months back.

i was banned because i was said to be exploiting the server and i was not.this happened while the server was having problems and everyone was lagging i was killed by an asmo but did not die had no idea what was going on. i was surrounded by a group of asmo they did not attack had no idea why i stood there for a bit then flew away from them and logged and when i try to log back in it says cannot connect through this ip. I did not know this was a glitch and i got no warning just a ban can some one please unban my account
