Account don't exist

hi, i create an account, and i try to connect, np with launcher, but i get "account not exist" when i try to connect in game

I try resetting my pass, check or uncheck "remember-me"

10. Incorrect Username or Password Make sure to type the username and password in the exact same way you registered to the system. If there is no typo and the password is indeed correct but the error persists, tick the "Remember" box.

 

Known issue. Create a new account and add some dgits to the login name.
