Account email change

So yeah, is this even possible?
My account email got hacked and I couldnt recover it, since I cannot log on that email, can I change it?
I already tried to contact Carl, I sent him emails and pms here on forums but It seems he doesnt like me cause he doesnt answer me '-'
Can some AM get his attention about this, please? I dont wanna loose my account because of this hacked email, what if the same person try to hack my account? D:
