account error

    account error! pls help GM's

    this is my friend account:
    she have 2 character Queenielynd and Iamqueenie. she created another 1 character a priest then she choose Lyndie it says its available to use then when she created it there is no Lyndie appeared she created again Cutiequeen and she leveled it to 20.
    and now she cant log in to the game

    by the way the Lyndie now is lvl 55. she didnt even play with that character. and my lvl55 Queenielynd has no lvl at all..OMG
