account hacked and problems with password reset

hello all i'm a new player in gamez aion from france i will try to do my best to you understand me, i tried to reset my password yesterday at 9pm it say me i will get an confirmation email from the website and today for me its 4.30 pm i dont get any email from gamez aion website, i have a vip account on siel asmodian, yesterday my account has been hacked the hacker logged my character in game and he stole me almost all my stuff, i bought the stuff in the website with real money , well this mean if i cant get that confirmation email i have to see the hacker log my character in game every time he want and stole me again all my stuff again and again, i allready waited more 19 hours for that confirmation email and i dont get the confirmation email from the website, plz help me.

 

hmmm i am thinking that the "hacker" has changed the email address not allowing you to change your password

 

If you wanna continue playing (Cause you won't get items replaced because you are responsible for your own Account) I would make a new account if i was you.

 

its a joke right? all i want is my account with or without my stuff, all i want is my account back, any gm cant send me that confirmation email? and then i can go to my account change the password and my email too, all i want is my account back o0
