Account having issues with basic game play.

So far I have not been able to complete Mansion quest on my main (stryker) because Jarrett was not in the tent she is supposed to be in, and now I also cannot acquire Golden Seals Combat from killing the thieves along road. I can acquire the Golden Seals if I use an alternate character, just like the I had to do to complete the Mansion quest - use an alternate character to complete the quest.

Also noticed I cannot see sailing quests from Rovinia in Velia on my Coursair, which is kinda the whole point with that character, so a significant issue to me.

I know there are a lot of "bugs" to work out, but this seems like a more localized issue as none of my guildmates are reporting any similar problems. Can someone tell me if I need to scrap my main or if this is fixable? Also, what do I need to do with my Coursair, I build her specifically to do my sailing/bartering, but now cannot advance her skills.
