Account info lost

Hello there.. I am a returning member of Gamez Aion from many years ago when the server was on 2.0. I believe I played once or twice for 3.0 but that's it. I can't seem to recall my account information and I am not seeing a way to retrieve my user name and password. Can someone direct me to the link to get my information? I had donations and such on that account and accumulated points so I am hoping the account is not lost. Thank you very much.

 

If you haven't logged into your account in over a certain amount of time, that account could be deleted. My advise for an account that hasn't been touched since 3.0. might as well start over as your items you donated for can most likely be found in broker for a cheap price.

 

Characters get deleted after few months of Inactivity or Accounts cant recall atm ;c
but yeah if u have 2 log for more then 1 year i think they r gone

I think you better create a new account.

Inactive accounts now get deleted after a few months.
& the stuff you got back then won't be worth anything anymore.

But as they've said, it could have been deleted due to inactivity and if the items you had by then were ABG and such, you can get even better items now in-game such as Archon Commander Divine or Blood Mark gear (Fearless Skirmisher's Set/Fierce Skirmisher's Set)
