Account lost?

    Hey there.
    I was playing on this server with a buddy months ago. Then we started to play another game but now we want to continue on this server.
    Now the problem is tht he can't remember his password and his email. We only have his Accountname and the system says it is already in use if you try to register a new account with this name so it is not deleted.
    Is it possible to get the email of an account just by know the Accountname and Charnames on it?
