Account problems

Hello I forgot my accountname and password that I made on my email adress a while ago... how can I contact someone that sends me my account data to my email ?

I want to start playing now !!

omg already getting mad at this server.... why can't I contact a GM or something anywhere, why can't I isn't there any opinion of sending the account datas to the registered e-mail that doesn't make sense -.- I just have this one email adress

Are you sure you've used the right mail account your account got registered with?
Which mail provider are you using btw?
If you really do not get any mail, I suggest you to take contact with one of our CEO's. However you might not get an instant reply.

 

check your inbox..maybe "[email protected]" still there, so u can know what your account/id name. if u get the account name, u can use http://gamezaion.com/?page=lostpw
if not, u have to contact CEO's.

 

It's impossible that you forgot you're account name, i rather to believe you forgot your password than your account name. I think you created this thread to show everyone that no one cares about the problems in this server for now, but that is not true either.

If you really forgot it, you can get it back/know it if you used a valid e-mail for registration, as sir Saruayu said.
