Account Stuck! Please Help!

Hi Guys,

Can you help me with my account?
IGN: Rcanz
Class: Templar(Elyos)

I can successfully login to my account. But when I select my char, i cant go in.
I checked the location of my char on gamezaion site.
It says that the location is: "Unknown".
Maybe my account was stuck. I already have requested to unstuck my account.
I need to go online. I don't want to waste my time.
I have donated already and I am afraid what will happen to my account. Will my items gone? I have no idea what will happen to my char.

Please help!

 

I tried to fix your character right now. Restart your client, and try again. If that doesn't work you will unfortunately have to wait for a server restart.

 

Try this method :
Log-in your other toon/character then type " .fix (insert your character name) "

I already tried the ".fix" command. It says account was fixed. But still the same.

How long should I wait?

 

if it doesn't work just wait till server restart.
