hey! any staff can help me with my problem? I played aion way back in 2010 and qui in 2013 t. It seems that I forgot my username and the email I was using it. I wanted to play so badly.

hi. i have the same problem. i remember my username but not the password and i cant access the email that i used before and also i use a different pc now so i cant do the command prompt guide. are there any other options into retrieving my account? im a returning player also from 2010 and i was able to access my account during 2014 but now i cant remember the password so i cant play it anymore. so please help me too cuz i wanna play this game again using my old account.

 

its really hard to recover an account with out an email..

 

yeah. that's why im spamming the passwords that i used before hoping that one of those passwords would work. its so hard to start all over again from a new account.

 

its not that hard if you make another account youll easily get to lvl 65 and the starting gears are good..
