    Hey Guys,

    is there any way to get an account back, when the email doesnt exist anymore and u forgot your username/password ?? :)

    Hello, I played the BDO gamez in the past, I still have the characters ... but when I log in I can only connect to the EU server, my account is on NA ... I would like to know how I switch to NA, I tried all the ways .

    what do you expect if you asked the question in the wrong section?

    well since your account was created in 2014 i can only assume you are referring to aion and not to bdo. but i have to ask, why do you think about trying to recover a zero data account?

    What I expect ? Not any other question for something else ? I was looking around but i didnt find anything where to post it right.
    I meant BDO and NOT aion. I know that nothing exists on my aion account.
    And on BDO its not mine, I just asked if its possible to get an account back, when your registered email doesnt exist anymore.

    Okay, this thread got off-topic quite quickly, also I would recommend that none of you just jump into a thread with other questions or topics, also to keep the tone somewhat civil in the future.

    To answer the OP @eval24, I am sorry to inform you that without the account email to change the account info, it is not possible to recover the account, this is mainly due to the dumbos out there who are account-trading, so you can thank them for this small precaution.

    If you could provide some more information on the account and email, then perhaps...just maybe...not to get your hopes up at all, but it just might be possible if you talk to the Admin. or Dev. (@Noyah @Kolka).
