ACD staff weapon disappears >_< Server Siel

with my pj Alexmax and tradeado a DLL staff + 163 ACD platinum by which staff clean past my chanter Nazareth after the arranged with another DLL staff had already foreseen and placed manastones and after reset today in my country that was almost at 2: 00 am when staff ACD Colombia this weapon does not appear in any of my player as well as the things I took for this weapon

Other than the fact that your staff somehow got lost, I didn't get a thing from what you said >_<. Could you try to explain better please? How did you lose it? What happen?

 

Proofs would be nice like screenshots of the before and after the disappearance of the item.

 

As the other AM/AMT have said.

We would need concrete proof that the staff simply vanished from some form of game issue and not player mistakes.
