    today I tried to log in and it appeared that my account was banned for disrespecting staff member, I'm sure I didn't do that because I don't use chat or talk to anyone in the game, the only thing I use chat is to do .rescue nothing more, I would like you to clarify this for me because I didn't do anything wrong
