acount hacked!

Hello,

I donated to annaberry's aion account yesterday to get 16000 credits. She used that to purchase some items from the item shop but those items are gone. We suspect that her account was hacked and the items stolen. Do you have logs on who might have taken them (for example, where the items went)? I am writing to you on her behalf to help us either get the items back or get credits restored. Also, what should she do to make prevent further hacks to her account? if the server crashed be4 u logged out then its not so much getting hacked as ur account not saving in the database (loads a pre-crash character profile but without the credits)

worst case you can reverse the donation (your account will get banned for it ) and you can donate for a new freshly created account with a more secured password

for passwords id suggest 8+ characters with at least 1 number and 1 letter, preferably not something you can find in a dictionary

if you play in a net cafe, make sure nobody sees your login (and beware of keyloggers)

do not share your account with anyone and do not use 3rd party programs like hacks and such, they tend to have keyloggers in them as well
