Add contact - friend

Well some1 i know has this issue. she made a profile on forum but the "add contact" and friend option dont shows up when u clcik on her name in forum. Happens the same to other ppl, none of us cant add her D:

some1 knows why? she is Junior member, joined not long ago and never posted anything i think.

any help will be apreciate ^^

let her make 1 post, she needs to accept the terms of agreement or whatever that is be4 she can use most of the forums functions

lol np idk if theres a way to accept the terms without posting (been months since i made this account lol) but till u accept the terms, ur name belongs to a special category (its underlined in the new members list). i know trying to post makes u accept them for sure though
