Adding Loot Scroll buff to premium.

People are complaining a lot lately about drop rates, and whatnot - if they care that much and to support the server, why not add this buff into the premium subscription? It would give a nice boost and would save people pearls every so often (since they would no longer need to spend 4.5k pearls on the scrolls).

I'd very much like to see the loot rate scroll added as a perk to premium.

Premium has many unused perks (due to Value Pack):
- Unlimited Beauty Salon
- Unlimited Exclusive Shop
- Distant Node Investment
- Combat / Skill exp (basically useless after you're done levelling)
- Karma reduction / exp (if you never kill people).

I think a substitute for all these lost bonuses could be replaced by the scroll.
