adding only local chat channels per region

instead of adding the /3 (lfg) channel, which I understand can lag the server out, can the /1 (local) chat channels be added in each region instead?

I love this server, but it feels like InfiniteAion and AionAtomix when there's nobody to talk to unless you're in a crowded zone like Beluslan or outside of DP, plus we'd be able to find out where the opposing faction is when in Balaurea, the abyss, and anywhere else they happen to be
